For Service customers case data is retained to enable analysis of service trends. Customers who purchase our support Services consent to us collecting the data we need to fulfil their service needs. This normally will include, IP addresses, MAC addresses, usage data, web browsing history, usernames and network traffic. If a customer asks us to monitor additional items we will do so. However if we are requested not to monitor certain activities it may impact our ability to provide the Service.
- Accessing Your Details
7.1 We will provide you with a summary of the personal data that we hold on you upon your written request. To make a request, you should email [email protected] and provide your full postal address and postcode.
7.2 You can also request that the personal data that we hold about you is removed from our system. However, this may mean that we can no longer provide you with the Products and Services that you wish to receive.
8.1 What is a “Cookie”?
